Interview
It was a 3 stage process that started with CV shortlisting followed by a personal interview on area knowledge and finally followed by a case-based interview with the leadership. The case was major to check your understanding of consulting and how to serve clients better. It was to check whether or not the candidate is being able to go to the root of the problem

Interview
Thought the interview went well. I was well prepared and knew that I was a fit based on the role and what they were looking for. The company recruiter did not pass me on. No feedback.

First level intro interview was very easy and friendly. Was disappointed to learn that they require vaccination for hire. Wish this had been shared before I spent 30 minutes on the phone.
