Interview
A Talent Partner C.G in SG office was the rudest interviewer I have ever met in my life. She was asking various questions that typically required elaboration, (I have conducted over 100 sales interviews in my life too), but she would get frustrated if the structure or content are not exactly what she was looking for (maybe she has her checklist to fill), she would raise her voice and repeat the question. At the end of the interview she would tell you that you are opinionated. Honestly, Interview is a two way process- both ends have to sell to each other. That was definitely not selling the Gartner brand at all. And after that interview, I definitely wouldn’t recommend any friend to apply there. I really hope that the rest of the talent partners are not like her.

What do you feel was the proudest moment you have in your previous sales career
They have reached out to me for a job every year and I have interviewed with them 2 times and have never made it past the 1st interview. Confused why a recruiter reaches out to me anymore?
It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
