I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Egham, England)
Interview
The whole process took around 2 weeks. A recruiter reached out to me and I had an initial phone screening. I then had a phone interview with another recruiter, as well as a 2.5 hour video call with another. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly sincere and honest, which was refreshing - the questions were difficult, but there was a constant emphasis on giving honest feedback (positive and negative) in a constructive way. The final stage was an in-person panel interview with 3 people within the department I was applying for. It consisted of a 1.5 hour behavioural interview, followed by a 20 minute role play. The overall process was quick, enjoyable and refreshingly honest, which played a big part in me accepting a role.
