Interview
The interview process is long and can be strenuous if you allow it to be. Know going in that it will be a 2-3 month process if you make it all the way through. Study the company and the position you are applying for. Listen and learn from every one you speak to at Gartner throughout the interview process. They want to see that you are engaging and learning along the way. Use formal business language where ever possible. Be teachable. Make sure you have examples of your previous success and give them numbers and percentages wherever possible. Be goal driven and prove it. Master the STAR interview method before you even apply if possible.

What has happened in your business experiences where you had to shift your original plans for execution and how did you accomplish this?
3 to 4 rounds. which included sales pitches as well in 2 rounds with the the TAs. Common sales questions will be asked, you just have to follow the STAR method to get the answers clear.

It was a great process for me. There were 3 rounds of interviews and each round came with a pleasant experience. Each person I met with was great! I would highly recommend.
