The interview process consisted of three rounds.
1. First- An initial discussion wherein they understand your research approach and skills
2. Second- Case study round which was more technical and tested analytical skills
3. Third- Management round which was more about how you could fit in the team, the way you think etc

What was a recent innovation you came across that made an impact?
Interview process was very hard. There were 4 rounds: Written, case study interview, HR interview and Managerial round. The case study round was for 30 mins but went up to 1 hour.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner

Lengthy and time consuming. 4 interview rounds each that are scheduled almost a month apart. The interview process is 1 hour and a half atleast. good company but less pay
