Very lengthy, high scrutiny and tough questioning. Managers seemed to fit one would, recruitment told me they had a position l, I reiterated my numbers to them many times, in the final interview it seemed they were trying to pin me it wasn’t a warm environment.

What are you going to do? What’s your process? Why do you think you should join?
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
