It was lengthy. The company could not give a definite answer so I had another round of interview. Used up too much of my time. The role play was challenging but once you get the hang of it, it is fine.
They contacted me over LinkedIn, we had the interview and then gave no feedback for about two weeks, I found them to be not very organised. It was just an exploratory interview.
Is in different steps. 1st call is with the recruiter to explain the position. Then the recruiter does an interview for the STAR approach. If you make it to the 3rd one is a great step.
