Interview
Very lengthy process. Initial screening call was 30 minutes, camera off, followed by a 1-hour call with the same recruiter where you are asked to dive very deep into specifics of deals (what methodologies were used to source them, stakeholders, objections, and any holes you might have in your deal cycle).
Then, a similar call with a Skills Assessor. This call is also an hour and you dissect a few real-life deals for behavioral assessment before you move into a role-play in a mock scenario.
Finally, you meet with the team (two managers and a VP) for an hour and a half where they ask a few questions and then you do a role play of a "real" client (real customer, mock scenario). This was challenging as expected, and they really test your discovery skills and ability to find pain quickly. The recruiter who championed each step was phenomenal and I felt very prepared for each stage.
Only issue I had with this whole interview process: The VP on the final stage call was visibly texting/scrolling on camera during the first behavioral Q&A portion of my call, which was pretty disappointing after putting so much energy and time into these calls. Only other issue: In each portion, they left very little time for me to ask questions of the team.

It was very professional and clear. A little bit longer then expected. HR is quite professional and dedicated to find best candidates step by step.. there are 4 different sessions and every session is challenging.

I was contacted by a Gartner GBS recruiter via LinkedIn. We scheduled a screening call where the role was mainly pitched to me and I was asked basic questions about my current responsibilities in relation to the job description.
I was told I would move to the next stage, but I never received the calendar invite by email. When I joined the meeting, I was informed the interview could not take place because I had not accepted the invite. After checking, we discovered the invite had been sent to the wrong email address.
We rescheduled. Before the next interview, I received a document with detailed instructions on how to answer (STAR format). The recruiter also emphasized how important feedback is, in both directions. I did not progress after the second interview. I requested feedback to understand the gaps, but the recruiter never responded.
Summary: Clear role overview, but basic coordination errors and a lack of follow-up feedback despite stating it was a priority.

Mehrstufiger Prozess. Alle Ansprechpartner haben internationalen Hintergrund daher finden alle Gespräche in Englisch statt. Jederzeit gute Gesprächsatmosphäre. Starker Fokus auf Traits. Sehr gute Unterstützung zur Vorbereitung der einzelnen Stufen. Insgesamt guter und empfehlenswerter Prozess.
