It's a three round interview process. In the first one they give you a really forced sales pitch and try to intimidate or impress you to make you think they are a big deal. The owner constantly keeps bringing up how many people he has interviewed that week and tells you how much money he makes. It was really creepy and more than a little forced. In the second round they have you come to a Sam's club and watch one of their sales people try to peddle stuff to people who are just trying to buy groceries. They ask you a bunch of odd questions to make you think they know what they are doing. Obviously these are salesmen trying to be interviewers. The whole company is super sketchy and they won't give you any real information unless you do a lot of prying. After asking a lot of questions I figured out they are not a startup and not even a corporation, even though they put the Inc. at the end of their name. The owner calls himself the CEO too, which is weird because he isn't. Basically don't be fooled this place isn't what it seems.
