Technical style interview. Did quiz on paper in room with interviewer. Also had general interview questions and a phone screening with hr representative.
Response back was fairly quick and was kept in the loop throughout process

It was important to know C++. One manager and technical recruiter. Gave an object oriented question and had to make a mini functional game based on the requirements they gave.

Weird process to me as usually first interview is with HR to exchange some background on company and candidate. Was also not ready as I was not clear that third and fourth were 2 separate sessions of 1 hour each without any break in between, so I over-prepared on the assignment and was not ready at all on the leadership one, but that's my fault to not paying attention at the invitations.
