One, brief interview. Very straightforward and completed within no more than an hour in a private one-on-one interview with the assistant branch manager. All necessary information was provided and interviewer was receptive to questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Modesto, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied for the position and in a short amount of time, I was interviewed and offered a position. The interview was very laid back, more of a "get to know you" type of experience. The questions were based on how you would react to life threatening situations and your general life experience and how it related to a position in the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Lexington, KY) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was contacted by phone for an interview by the regional manager (Chicago). A week later I was scheduled for a interview after completed a drug test and DOT physical. The interview was about two hours and involved a test and a ridiculous amount of reading.
I was also not informed the employees fell under a union and did not find this out until my third or fourth day on the job.
