The recruiter was friendly and gave me a clear overview of the next steps. A few days later, I was invited to a virtual technical round. This stage was more challenging — I was asked to solve a few practical problems related to the position, which really tested my analytical thinking and time management. The interviewer encouraged me to talk through my approach, which made it feel more like a collaboration than an exam.
