Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. Asked the typical questions, such as how long I'd been in retail and what my experience has been like working in that field. Also asked a lot of "what-if" questions, like how to deal with a difficult customer, what to do when short-handed in the store.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
