Had to call the manager multiple times before I was asked to come into the store for an interview in the stock room. Group Interview. Personality test online and background check. Call back a few days later to offer position.

Question 1
Basic questions. Asked about fashion, previous experience, how I would sell clothes, how I would handle customer complaints.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
