You fill out the application online, they'll usually call within a couple days to set up an interview. The meeting is pretty casual, they ask questions like why you want to work for Gap and how fashionable you consider yourself - the usual. In my case, they called me back the same day with an hourly pay offer

If I consider myself to be fashionable or not - I think I am, but what if they don't?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
