Interview
I got a phone call from them about two weeks after submitting an application. They spoke to me on the phone and asked me to come in that same day. When I came in they pretty much just told me what the dress code was and told me to come in to start the next week.
The actual application did include an IQ test and a personality/skill test.

Question 1
I didn't actually go through a normal interview process, so I'm not really sure.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
