Casual interview, no formal questions asked. I met the directors in a casual environment and it did not feel like a formal interview. They did review my CV and I was asked about my strengths. I was given a trial assignment which determined my employment with them. Although it was relatively simple they were looking form my personality and gave me the opportunity to sell myself as opposed to asking formal questions. Overall it was a good way to run the interview

Skype Interview, common competency questions for teamwork, logical thinking, problem solving.
Also asked why I want to work at the company and my experience with mobile application development, also asked to see my portfolio before the Skype interview.
