Interview
Gainsight appeared to be a great company to work for and I was excited to interview. The company's philosophy and values seemed to align with mine and I was expecting those would be incorporated in the interview process. Unfortunately, not so. At least in my experience.
I met with the recruiter and it seemingly went well. I was even told "We want you". I proceeded to take the assessments, which turned out to be a very faulty process. I sent follow-up emails to the recruiter and three weeks later no response. Ghosted!

I’ve been through six interviews, including a major presentation to the head of the department. They said it was perfect and moved on to the “final stage”. However, after the final stage there’s been no response, positive or negative, and it’s been five months since my last interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Gainsight in Aug 2021
Interview
Everyone was really sweet, welcoming and informative. For the last round, I did not hear back from the recruiter and assumed I was out of the interview process, so I accepted another position. The recruiter got back to me after 4 weeks. I declined because although it seemed like a really great team to be a part of, everyone seemed exhausted when I spoke to them, like they hadn't slept or properly rested in weeks. That was a hard no for me.
