The interview process consist in two one to one interviews with the president and 1 with the vicepresident. Mostly the interviews were related to the needs of the company and the president plans for the future. Each took around 45 minutes in the president's office. From the beginning I noticed that the relationship between the president and the vice president wasn't the best one, specially in regards of the future of the company and a different vision of what should be done to keep the company going. So this presented a challenge when I tried to fulfill each one requests that were going in different directions.
