I applied and then got a phone interview. There was a lot of miscommunication about scheduling the phone call . When I finally got the call they asked the basic questions on why you want to join.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
Three rounds. First round is two, 30 minute phone interviews with two different people. Second round is a case study. Third round they fly you to Austin. Being in the Austin office gives you a really great feel for the company dynamic.
