Was called at the location at 5pm, after waiting for a very long time when i decided to walk out at 6pm, the receptionist asked me to wait some more. At 7pm I was called in for the interview. I was put off by then, all the positives for working over here flew out the window. There were no apologies for the delay caused, and the interview went well. But they said will update me within 2 days NO MATTER WHAT, since that is the culture over here. After multiple follow-ups over a period of 2 weeks, I was not selected, which I always knew due to the salary bracket and delay. But if this is how GEP conducts interviews, I am amazed what they portray to the outside world. Location was Airoli
