First step was a phone interview with a manager two levels up. Next step was an onsite interview where they flew in or drove in candidates. The evening before was a dinner and short presentation about GE. The next morning the interview consisted of a series of interviews starting with the HR, the hiring manager, a team lead (a peer who is your lead but doesn't do your performance appraisal), a face to face interview with the manager two levels up and then an interview with the manager three levels up.
