First interview over phone with hr. Classical questions like tell me about yourself. Second stage was interview at the firm with technical team (manager). I had just graduated from college during this interview so questions were basicly about projects i’ve worked on during college.

Interview
Very easy going and straightforward with a fast turn around time for a response back from the hiring department. There was a panel of 3 hiring managers. If you practice the STAR format you will be fine. Past collections experience is a must.
