It was a crap shoot depending on who interviewed you and if they knew you or not. Even though I was offered the position and accepted, I don't believe the interviews were professional.

Started with a phone interview then they flew me down for an in person interview. I had several 1 on 1 interviews. I received a call about 4 days later with an offer.
