      Assembler B Interview

      15 Oct 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Waukesha, WI
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GE (Waukesha, WI)

      Interview

I went for 2 interviews for 2 different jobs, First time I went Was for an Indirect position. Being Of elderly status, I have quite a few years doing this kind of stuff and I know when I am being ,In my opinion, Discriminated for my age. one gentleman there seemed to be Judgemental against me , at least that what I felt. There was a panel of 4 people who interviewed me.. If he was listening and looked at my resume for the assembler job he would have noticed something different than the first time I interviewed.I thought these people did not have the qualifications to be doing this type of work. They do not have experience to try to play judge.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The question that most bothered me and made my determination was: When was the last time I worked in a fast paced atmosphere. And I know he did not ask the question to at least one other person who interviewed for the same job , on the same day. Cause we talked about it.he is 20 years younger than I.
