Interview
It is a very structured Interview process. They ask the same questions to every candidate which is very fair. Lots of questions on growth values which was expected. Questions on experience and how to deal with certain situations.

What would you do in the first 3 months if you got the job
Technical interview with the line manager. Technical discussion and QnA at the end. Interview was via teams without video. During the call we mainly discussed my experience and knowledge, then I asked some questions about the role and responsibility.

very pathetic interview process, 4-5 rounds of interview , first screening round then the recruiter scheduled the telephonic round, then he told me like there is a machine test, after giving that machine test, they scheduled my second round of interview Skype call, at that time interviewer was saying how can we identify that you are still hands on as you have given the test offline.
