They flew me in and started with technical questions 8 am in the morning then panel interview followed by lunch interview then interview with manager and finally HR. Got a call few days after with the offer.
Basics of C, c++, programs and agile process, projects that we have worked on, any overcomes or issues faced and how we resolved, why we are resigning, and they will go through our resume and ask questions on that

you can tell they were real software engineers not "recycles" from other areas that learn python or MATLAB and use it for every thing
