I was interviewed by 7 different people for an hour each. But it was a total waste of time. After reaching the final stage the company declined to offer probably due to financial contraints

Multi-step. Recruiter, manager, and panel of peers. It took around 2 months to complete and fairly straight forward. The next steps were communicated and interviewers respectful. Would try to land a role again the future.
The interview process was fair and efficient. The interviewers asked good questions and gave me a fair opportunity, although I did not receive an offer. My experience was a good one.
