Interview
I had a paper based test covering various fields like portfolio optimization, probability and computer science. All exercises start with easy questions and gradually becomes more complicated. You have 90 minutes to answer as much question as you can.
If you pass the test (which I failed), you will then have an interview with technical staff.

The interview process was quite fast, I did an initial technical exam on math and coding, then had an another technical interview where they asked math, machine learning and programming question.

They asked a version of the gambler's ruin problem.

Interview
First part was a test evaluating math, Stats, machine learning and financial knowledge. Next part was video interview with some employees but rejected soon after. The next part would be an extension on the first part and I believe final rounds involves a day in the office.
I was asked a Brain teaser type of question. It was quiet difficult but manageable. Great atmosphere. The interviewer was really friendly and nice. I really really enjoyed the interview process would recommend applying.
