I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at G. Cinelli-Esperia (Woodbridge, ON) in Jul 2016

Firstly being asked a few basic math and engineering questions by the manager for about 10-20 minutes, and then being asked to finish a few drafting and modeling jobs in Solidworks by a senior technical person in the company. If things are ok, the salaries will be discussed with the manager and the start-date
