Waste of time and energy. Initially HR will call you for an opening. The package what employee asks per annum, they will agree and schedule your technical interview for an hour. After that HR will ask you to come to the office for an head interview which is face to face. If you clear both these rounds, then HR will start negotiating the package way lesser than which agreed initially. Suggestion to HR :- First make it clear if you can afford the package of an employee asking for, if yes then only schedule next rounds, or else don't waste others time and energy.
