Phone Screening, Interview, Technical Interview.
The first two are basically fine, but the tech interview focuses a lot on technology they aren't even using at the moment. Which means they'll all be learning it on the job, so even you have experience with it, they're apparently looking for gurus willing to work for peanuts.

Interview
PROS: The first-round interview was thorough, helping me understand how my skills fit their needs. The interviewers were friendly and they offer 100% healthcare coverage. They are gradually moving from a non-framework PHP environment to Laravel, which indicates a willingness to modernize.
CONS: Each team has a daily 4-hour co-working video call and Wednesdays are mostly meetings. They require tasks to be estimated in hours and tracked to the minute in Jira. This aligns with some Glassdoor comments about micromanaging.

Question 1
To conclude the interview they went over their working style (4-hour team daily video calls, Wednesdays are mostly meetings, Agile estimations by time, and Jira tracking to the minute) and asked if I was okay working this way. They mentioned some devs do not like this. So I'm glad they were transparent.
