Phone interviews!! It was quick and convenient. HR understood the situation of emplyed candidates, and very flexible to adjust, instead of the typical walk in to their recruitment office to take the interviews, HR does phone interviews and very accommodating.

What can you contribut for the success of the company?
The interview process started with an initial screening call, where I was asked about my background, experience, and interest in the role. Following that, I had a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager, which focused on both my technical skills and how I approach problem-solving. There were also some behavioral questions where I gave examples of past experiences.
The final stage involved a panel interview, where I met with several team members and discussed how I would handle real work scenarios. Overall, the process was well-structured and gave me a good understanding of the role and the company expectations.
