I had a series of three interviews. #1) Phone Screening via SKYPE #2) Face to Face Interview with a Field Director and #3) a Panel Interview at FPGs head office in Orlando with an owner / partner.

Question 1
Many questions about personal motivation and how I would respond to difficult client scenarios. I also went through two separate personality profiles. It was a good experience and the interview was conducted in a professional and comfortable way. The process made me want to be a part of the team even more.
