Negative experience
Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 11+ months. I interviewed at FrontStream (Chicago, IL) in May 2024
Interview
The interview is divided into 5 parts. First you interview with the recruiter and next peer review. The third interview is with the Sales Manager. I was told the fourth would be a presentation/demo. This is where my interview stalled. The Manager went on vacation and I was told it would be about 2 weeks for the next process. I followed up several times and was told give the manager time to catch up from vacation. This was a complete waste of 5 weeks of my time. I was told they were moving on with another candidate. However, why leave someone hanging on to hope rather than tell them. So disappointed for not reading the Glassdoor reviews before putting myself through all this stress.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked about my sales process from beginning to close.
- Phone Screen - Personality Assessment - Interview with Manager - Interview with VP - Interview with c-level (back and forth questions) - Sales Presentation with Manager & VP After 6 tasks, I was given a blanket response that I wouldn't receiving an offer with NO feedback. Super unprofessional after taking a month of my time.

C level had a list of rather difficult questions: - Tell me about yourself - What are your 4 core values - Do you love winning or hate losing more? - Why would you be good at this job? - What are you naturally good at? - What could you improve on? - If I gave you 1 million dollars and you could only spend in one area where would you? People, product, infrastructure
