Interview
I began the online application but had not completed it before I was contacted to send over my CV. An interview was then arranged via email for the following week. The interview consisted of two tests (contract and written based) followed by competency/ CV questions. Unfortunately I was interviewed by someone other than expected and was not contacted after the interview.

3 stages - HR, lawyers and a partner. Overall
the process is structured, however, technical questions from lawyers and parents can be difficult. They want to make sure you have actual knowledge in corporate and commercial matters.

Could you describe how tag/drag-along provisions work?
Very well structured, interviewers were very friendly and approachable. It was a mix if competency based questions and questions around personal characteristics. Moreover, once they have made a decision, they reach out to provide feedback.
There was a native Mandarin translator who will ask the interviewee to instantly translate a commercial contract from English to Chinese. The rest of the interview tasks include a due diligence test.
