It was my first interview, but the process was so smooth I didn't felt any pressure. As I stay in California they were generous enough to arrange two Telephonic interviews before they actually invited me to their office in Princeton,New Jersey. The HR was very helpful and made all the efforts to keep me updated about the process even though sometimes she was on her holidays.
