The interview is good, people there are friendly and recruitment team are nice. The process of interviews and hearing back does take a while so you should expect 1 month before hearing back

Interview
Interview process is very straightforward. They asked general questions and assess your ability to provide basic customer service. One thing I would advise if doing a bit of research on basic networking as this will make things a lot easier in the future.
