The interview process was 3-part: First introductory interview with HR rep, Second interview 1.5 hours long with questions like "how would you describe the color pink to a blind person", and then a practical test that required a proposed editorial calendar, a LinkedIn marketing strategy, assessment of specific industry sector and proposed solutions, and more.
The whole process took 2.5 weeks, and then I was ghosted. When I followed up, the HR person said I was rejected because I didn't speak Estonian fluently. Which I made very clear in my first interview.
Complete waste of time and disrespectful.
