Question 1
Mostly evaluated the candidate's English level and commitment. Lots of situation-based questions, requiring the candidate to explain what they would do to resolve the issue and how they would respond to the customer.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Foundever (Tlalnepantla, México) in Sept 2023

It was fast and easy I applied online got contacted really fast people recruiting are very attentive and helpful they tell you all the intrusions first like a pre interview they tell you about the interview with the campaigns supervisor

They asked very simple questions such how was my English level , did I have experience in col centers , where I lived
Not hard - Quite easy - The best experience I would say... And very easy rounds - no complexity - Got the offer as well... No tension just go with blank mind and the offer will be in your hands
