I was contacted through an associate of him with a set of questions where I was supposed to self-assess my current skill set as well as formulate some strategies for one of their portfolio start-ups across their AARRR funnel. I sent a response to these questions within 24 hours. Got invited for an on-site interview. Questions see below. I was interviews by the co-founder and his associate who contacted me, both of which were part of the growth team. Now, however, there is a head of recruitment in place, so expect to have interviews / phone calls with that person beforehand. Two days after the interview I was invited to work for a test day. I had to work on a content distribution channel sourcing task, a landing page building task and a Google Analytics task. A day after the test day I was asked to provide two recent references. After another two days I got the job offer.
