FortisBC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Easy interview. Process is in 3 stages 1st with skills based testing, 2nd HR round and 3rd with manager. HR round is AI controlled and Manager round was easy with some behavioural questions

Interview began with a prescreening round of skill questions and a short segment where you had to record short answers to questions. During this process a popup came up on my laptop, in the process of trying to close it the platform thought I had exited the screen and did not allow me to proceed with recording an answer. I withdrew my application shortly after, much prefer speaking to an actual human being.
