Easy interview. Process is in 3 stages
1st with skills based testing, 2nd HR round and 3rd with manager. HR round is AI controlled and Manager round was easy with some behavioural questions

They always ask how we can contribute to the company’s safety ?
Interview began with a prescreening round of skill questions and a short segment where you had to record short answers to questions. During this process a popup came up on my laptop, in the process of trying to close it the platform thought I had exited the screen and did not allow me to proceed with recording an answer. I withdrew my application shortly after, much prefer speaking to an actual human being.
1 on 1 online interview with your team manager, some behaviour questions, and then interviewer introduced the position duty and benifts. before that you will receive a online ai interview including another questions

After the online assessment, the hiring manager sends an email for a video recording interview using VidCruiter. You will get 6-8 questions about general questions but request a few answers in one question.
