A phone screen, followed by a technical test which includes 3 questions from a leet coding website. The first is a simple array problem, the second a postgresql query/join, the third is a math leet code question. The final interview with the Director is a series of random questions he's devised, some coding trivia and problem solving. Overall it is clear there is a lack of technical leadership at the company. They are looking for cog wheels and yes men, not engineers.
