The interview process consists of the following rounds:
Technical Round 1: Focuses on the basics of network protocols.
Technical Round 2: Includes advanced technical questions along with troubleshooting scenarios.
Technical Round 3: Covers in-depth knowledge of OSI Layers 1–7, security tools, troubleshooting approaches, Wireshark analysis, and customer handling skills.
Managerial Round: Evaluates previous roles and responsibilities, customer handling experience, communication skills, and overall job fit.
HR Discussion: General discussion covering salary expectations, role details, and organizational policies.
