I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint
Interview
I had an initial call with the very friendly recruiter that went well. The questions were typical and we discussed salary expectations. The salary range was low and I let the recruiter know this; he stated their was some wiggle room and that he wanted to schedule a f2f with the hiring Director. We scheduled an interview for the following week, but once the new week started, I was emailed that their was a conflict of schedules and all interviews were on hold. It has been exactly on week since that email conversation.

Question 1
Nothing really; very typical interview questions from the recruiter.
Easy, several rounds with recruiter to hiring manager to another evaluator and then job offer shortly afterwards. Summer of 2024. Focus from them on experience how role would be approached
I applied online. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Austin, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
Was called in. due to an error in scheduling I was told to arrive an hour before the interview. The managers weren't really available for an interview. Complete waist of time. Time would've been better spent braiding my girlfriends hair.

Question 1
they wanted me to ask them questions. based on body language there was either no interest in me as a candidate or hiring an extra rep. The one manager that came in and made and effort came in and told me his team doesn't need any reps at the moment.
