Fonterra Business Graduate Program interview questions

Unfair process. Did online test and received an email saying their HR will call me for phone interview. Waiting for few weeks and end up with a rejection email. Without any reason! One month after rejection, got to know a friend of mine got the position, without undergoing any online test. Interview is easy and interviewer is friendly too. Guess the hr is not doing their job properly. Rejected me saying they have found someone better suit. One month later open to recruit again?? The hiring process of my friend is not through the official website, and didn’t undergo all the steps. It is very unfair!!!!!
