I had a positive interview experience. My highlights were the clear focus on community at every stage of the interview from phone screen to offer. The process was all virtual and included a phone screen, data test/exercise, department panel interview and a call with the founders. I learned about the company at every step, and felt that everyone I interacted with was genuinely excited to be in the conversation, present and looking forward to growing the team. The only cons I could imagine someone taking away from a similar experience to mine would be the pace of the process. That said, Fluency was quick to explain timing and email communication was used to set expectations clearly so to me this was not a frustration.
