Flow Global Software Technologies interview questions

I had 2 rounds. 1st Round Technical(45 min): Had asked about my past experiences and asked further questions on those. Asked few behavioral and technical along with it. 2nd Round Coding(3 hrs): Had to develop the web application with all the requirements specified by him in detail on the spot. In the last 15 minutes, I had to demonstrate all the development that had been done so far. No lenience was provided, all requirements were must

The process was pretty simple of just 2 rounds. He needs people so 1st round he will ask about resume and can you work unpaid? second round will be coding where you will have to code on django with camera on. Something basic like blog system and library management. Basically you should be able to connect with database with at least majority of the features working.
