Flow (Flow Commerce, Inc) interview questions

The process was great! I was initially contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter, who was my point of contact throughout the entire process. I went through a screening interview and then several interviews with people at Flow who were direct stakeholders in the hiring of this role. Throughout the entire process, the recruiting team was very responsive and great. Aside from the behavioral interviews, I completed one case study which I presented to the team. It was a pretty exploratory, not technical, aside from general data analysis and observation. Overall a great process!

The interview process was very thorough, and the Flow Team was extremely transparent and communicative from the first call all the way to the final offer. The interview process was composed of multiple interviews with different employees (interviewed with the Head of Talent, Hiring Manager three times, Director of Finance, CEO). All the employees I spoke to were very professional and friendly, the Hiring Manager also invited me to lunch which was a refreshing change to the usual Zoom video calls. The interview process required a case study (which is different for every division), in my case it was a business review which I found extremely interesting and well thought. I have seen many companies in my career, but few have put in the effort Flow has in the interview process, overall it was a very human, professional and transparent experience which speaks volumes regarding the company and the culture.
